What type of leather are the jackets made with?
We use high quality cowhide leather with a thickness of 1-1.1mm.

How long does it takes for my order to arrive?
It takes about 15 business days to manufacture the jacket. All jackets are produced at the moment that we receive your order. We ship from our HQ in Barcelona – Spain.

What payment methods are available?
We currently accept Credit/Debit cards via STRIPE.

What are the delivery costs to my Country?
It must be hard to believe but we provide worldwide delivery for FREE! No minimum order value or quantity, we’ll deliver it for FREE.

Can I order a Custom made jackets?
Yes, we offer custom size and custom design jackets if you want something different. Check our CUSTOM WORKS service.

Have you changed your mind?
NO PROBLEM! :) You can return your jacket within 14 days after delivery for a REFUND or EXCHANGE. We only offer a REFUND or EXCHANGE if the item is in brand-new condition. Any item in a worn condition will not be considered for a refund or exchange.

If you requiere an exchange:
You are responsible for the cost of shipping your order back to us. Please use a postage service that requires a signature because the returned item is your responsibility until we take delivery of it.

If your requiere a refund:
Once we receive the jacket we will refund you the price of the jacket minus shipping cost within 14 days from the date we receive the returned jacket.
